Earthrise Building Services began as a small startup with a big dream: to revolutionize energy efficiency in homes across Northern and remote communities.
Since the beginning, our goal has been to make our homes more comfortable and affordable by specializing in residential deep energy retrofits.
We first sought ways to innovate retrofit approaches, such as leveraging advanced technology to optimize the process and workflow. These ideas were honed with real estate agents, engineers, architects, and designers. Our networks have grown to include CAD professionals, building scientists, energy advisors, contractors, and sub-trades.
Home retrofits require an integrated design approach that adapts to each home’s and homeowner’s specific needs. To accomplish this, our team examines insulation, HVAC, and air sealing to ensure every home is optimized for comfort, efficiency, and sustainability, even in the challenging Yukon climate.
