These activities include indoor air quality (IAQ) and indoor environment quality (IEQ) monitoring, building modeling using LiDAR technology, surveying, and the provision of energy assessment solutions. This policy applies to all data collected during reality capture, imaging, IAQ/IEQÂ monitoring services, surveys, and interactions through the website,

2.1. Imaging Data: Captures the structure’s geometry using LiDAR imaging to create a 3D building information model or digital twin of the building.
2.2. Environmental Data: Continuous monitoring of CO2 levels, temperature, relative humidity, radon, and particulate matter (PM2.5).
2.3. Sampling Data: Air and surface samples for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and mold, collected before and after retrofitting services.
2.4. Activity Data: Monitoring of Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) power consumption, wood stove, and furnace activity.
2.5. Personal Data: Names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and payment information for service transactions or online accounts.

Where the privacy of affected individuals is the responsibility of our client, or subject to contractual relations between our client and the affected individuals, Earthrise requires clients to ensure that all such individuals are properly informed, and that express consent is gathered for the provision of services on the client’s behalf by Earthrise.
